Actually, many older RV models are built more solidly compared to some new ones. It all depends on maintenance and how well it’s been taken care of. Always best to inspect or even get a professional to check before buying.

Not sure I agree with buying used, feels like it could be more hassle than it’s worth with hidden problems. Better to buy new for peace of mind, i think.

i always thought new campers were the way to go, but you make a good point about used ones being ‘burnt in’ and probs have less issues. never thought of it that way. cheers Paul Clayton for the insight.
