Everyone’s crazy about tech these days. Bet half the boaters with chartplotters don’t even know how to use them right. Sometimes simpler is better, IMO.

I think it’s a common misconception to underestimate the utility of a chartplotter. Sure, GPS gets you places, but chartplotters offer so much more navigational insight. Especially in challenging waters.
