While the KastKing reels have their merits, I’ve found that they sometimes lack in performance under extreme conditions. Anyone else experience this or is it just me pushing the gear too hard?

Gotta agree with the article on the reel features. I’ve used KastKing before and they’ve never let me down. Durability’s key when you’re out on the water as often as I am.

Great review, Paul Clayton! Was wondering how the KastKing gear held up. Sounds like it’s worth the investment. Never fished Lake Okeechobee, but it’s on my bucket list now!
